Horsnyder Pharmacy

It’s been impossible for my doctor to get through or my insurance co to cover my medication. The phones have been down completely, I get a message that they aren’t available and I can’t leave a message cause it says their mailbox is full!! As of Friday, Oct 25th, I still can’t get through after 4 days. One reviewer here complained about not getting through and he got a response from Horsnyder that the problem has been fixed but it has not been fixed or if so, it’s down again. This made it very difficult for me and getting my medications filled on time or delivered, which is what I would have preferred. I do want to add that one of the ladies at the front of the pharmacy counter have been better about being friendlier, at least one of them has:) I also want to compliment the actual pharmacists in the back working hard to get our medicine filled in a timely manner. Please fix your phone issues.. this really bad.

This is hands down the best pharmacy I have ever been a customer of. The staff is always friendly, helpful and they go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I will never choose another pharmacy again.

Santa Cruz's go-to for durable medical equipment and supplies. They carry a wide range of items that make living easier for those who need assistive devices and supplies and those who care for them. Includes a pharmacy. They also carry some fun and interesting items. Staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I walked in yesterday because I had a strained upper arm and desperately needed a sling. I was helped in less than a minute. That same person promptly helped me find the right size sling and adjusted it for me. I have never worn a sling before so I had no idea where to start. I was very impressed by the quick, helpful and professional service. Thank you!! Also, I get my prescriptions here and the people working at the pharmacy are awesome as well. Thank you so much :) keep up the great service!

Talk about outstanding customer service! I had a big trip to DRIVE back home from Santa Cruz to Virginia Beach , VA to bring a loved one home . Annie and Carrie were so pleasant and assisted my mother and I every time we needed more medical supplies to go back home . To the wheel chair , cushioning , supplies and all the questions asked . They were so eager to assist! Thank you so much for making that process so easy. It truly made a difference during our hard time ! Can’t thank you enough and God Bless !

I love Horsnyder Pharmacy. I have had great experience with the service there. This is the go to spot for prescriptions in our neighborhood and I am grateful that this pharmacy exists and for all the care their team puts into their work. I have picked up meds for my family there for years and they are always very helpful.
